I got an internship, I am going to grad school, and I landed a full time job.
 
I currently serve as the Assistant Director for 职业服务 at the 博彩平台网址大全, where I help connect our exceptional 学生s with valuable opportunities. 在我的角色里, I support the organization of career fairs and develop workshops to enhance 学生s' professional skills. I also collaborate with employers to connect talent, work with other departments and faculty to align career services with 学生s goals, and provide one-on-one coaching sessions to assist 学生s with resume writing, 面试准备, 职业规划.
 
I recently completed a full-time internship at Tesla as a Recruiting Intern on their Mexico team. My responsibilities included conducting international interviews, communicating with managers, and aligning their needs with top talent. I played a key role in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating international panel interviews, and developing strategies to improve the hiring process. 另外, I gained valuable experience in using advanced recruitment tools and platforms, contributing to Tesla's global talent acquisition goals.
 
I am pursuing a Master's degree in International 工商管理 at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and am excited to graduate within the next year. The guidance from 职业服务 was invaluable in preparing my grad school applications, especially in refining my personal statement and preparing for interviews, which has significantly contributed to my academic journey.
